1. What Passclex is

Passclex offers two things. The study guides, practice quizzes, cheatsheets, and related materials on passclex.com are free educational resources for nursing students preparing for course exams, exit exams, and the NCLEX-PN. The NCLEX-PN QBank at app.passclex.com is a separate, paid product — see section 4.

2. Educational use only

All content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not medical, clinical, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your nursing program, instructors, textbooks, or clinical judgment. Please also read our Disclaimer.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular score, result, or that you will pass any exam. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

4. NCLEX-PN QBank purchases

The NCLEX-PN QBank at app.passclex.com is a paid product:

• Price and term. Access costs $39 as a one-time payment and lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal — access simply ends on its own, and there is nothing to cancel. You can purchase another 30 days whenever you choose. The price shown at checkout is what you pay; prices may change for future purchases.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
• Your account. QBank access is tied to your account and is personal and non-transferable. Please don't share your login or your access with others.
• Promotional access. Complimentary or promo-code access ends on its stated expiry date and may not be combined with other offers.
• Refunds. If the QBank isn't for you, email contact@passclex.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your $39 in full — no matter how much of the bank you've used. After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Buying QBank access does not change sections 2 and 3 above: the content is educational study material, and no exam result is guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

The content on Passclex is owned by Passclex or used with permission, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or scrape the content, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site — that includes attempting to disrupt or overload it, automated scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party trademarks

NCLEX® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). ATI®, HESI®, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Passclex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

8. "As is"

The site, the QBank, and their content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passclex is not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or the QBank, or from reliance on their content. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
